| What do I need to know when ordering sod ? |

1. Determine square feet. Length multiplied by width (in feet) = square feet (LXW=sq. ft)
2. Decide if you will need lttle or big roll sizes.
3. Schedule a date and time for delivery 2-3 days ahead together with detailed directions to your site. Someone should be present at time of delivery to show the driver where the sod should be unloaded and to make payment if prior arrangements have not been made..
4. For sod pick-up, please provide a minimum of one days notice.
5. Sod should be installed or unrolled within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
6. For Friday deliveries a weeks notice is appreciated.
7. Policy on pallets:There is a $15.00/pallet deposit on pallets.
8. MSF Big Roll installer policy: A $300.00 deposit for the use of our Big Roll installer is required and will be refunded when the installer is returned to MSF. 1st time users should call in advance for the operation instructions.
